"Pretty comfy, but the smell stuck around"
The mattress is basically comfortable enough, I guess, but there was this chemical kind of smell that just lingered for way too long. I figured it would go away after a day or two, but it took quite a while, which was kind of annoying.

"Something just feels off with it"
I really wanted this mattress to work out, but something feels off for me. It’s way firmer than I expected, and I’ve been waking up with back pain most mornings. I gave it a few weeks hoping I’d adjust, but I’m still not sleeping well. disappointed.

"Just couldn’t get comfy on it 😕"
I really wanted this to work for me, but I kept waking up feeling sore and way too hot. I gave it a few weeks to see if things would improve, but my sleep just got worse instead of better. 😔

"Firmer than expected, but my hips feel better"
I bought this from Ecosa because I felt like I needed better pressure support, especially around my hips. After sleeping on it for a while, I do think it’s helped, my hips don’t ache nearly as much in the mornings. It felt a bit firm at first and took me a few nights to adjust, but once I got used to it, I started appreciating the support more. For me, it’s been a good buy overall, just not an instant perfect fit. 4 stars

"Felt stuck waiting for delivery"
I ordered from ecosa.com.au thinking it would show up quickly, but the delivery ended up being way slower than I expected. The tracking barely changed, so I felt kind of trapped just waiting around for days, not knowing when it would actually arrive. The product itself is okay, but the delivery experience was really frustrating.

"Good motion isolation, but the edges took some getting used to"
After sleeping on it for a few weeks, I’d say the motion isolation is solid. My partner moves around a lot at night, and I don’t feel much shaking on my side, which has been a big plus. The only thing I noticed after the first couple of nights is that the edges feel a little weird, especially when I sit or lie close to the side. Not a dealbreaker, but not perfect either

"Started sagging sooner than expected"
At first, it seemed fine, but after just a few months it started sagging. Reading between the lines, it doesn’t feel like it’s built to hold up very well over time. Disappointing, honestly.

"A Bit Frustrating, But I Got There in the End"
I was annoyed at first because the website kept freezing right when I was trying to check out, and my discount code didn’t work the first time either. I almost gave up, but after a few tries it finally went through. So I’m glad I got my order placed, but yeah, the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be.

"Runs a Bit Too Small"
I wanted to like this, but it was just too small overall. The fit felt tight in a few spots and that made it kind of uncomfortable. I’d probably size up if you’re thinking about getting this.

"A Bit of a Waiting Game"
Customer service was okay, but it felt like I was in a mini saga just trying to get updates on my order. I had to follow up a couple of times, and the replies took longer than I hoped, which made the whole thing feel a little more dramatic than it needed to be. To their credit, they did help me in the end, and the person I spoke with was polite. It just felt kind of slow and not always super clear. Overall, average experience.

"I gave the mattress a fair shot…"
I gave the mattress a fair shot during the trial period, but I just never really got comfortable on it. After a while, I decided it wasn’t for me and started the return process, thinking it would be simple. Unfortunately, it turned into a lot of back and forth and felt way slower than I expected. By the end, I was frustrated. The whole experience wasn’t the easy, stress-free trial I thought I was signing up for, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Setup was okay, but more annoying than it needed to be"
It took me longer than I expected to get this set up. The instructions were decent, but there were a few spots where they felt vague, so I had to figure things out on my own. I got it working in the end, but it was a little frustrating. Also, it kind of feels like there are some policy loopholes where they can say the instructions are provided, even if they’re not actually clear enough to be that helpful

"Solid edge support, no complaints so far"
The edge support has been really good so far. I can sit on the side of the bed to put my shoes on, and it doesn’t sink down much at all. It feels stable pretty much right to the edges, which is something I really needed since my bed is on the smaller side. Overall, it’s been a good experience...

"Comfy at first, but way too warm"
I really wanted to love this mattress because, at first, it feels super comfy. Like, you lie down and think, okay, this is nice. But then a few hours later I’m waking up way too hot and wondering why I’m basically roasting in bed. It’s been happening most nights, so I don’t think it’s just me. i wouldn’t say it’s great for summer if you tend to sleep warm

"Wish it had been a bit smoother"
I had to get in touch with Ecosa about a warranty issue with my mattress. To be fair, they did respond and asked for photos and a few details, which I understand they needed. It just ended up taking a few messages back and forth, and I kind of wish I’d been prepared for the extra hassle. They did sort it out in the end, so I don’t regret contacting them, but I do wish the whole thing had been quicker and easier. Overall, the support was okay, just not anything amazing.

"Comfy after a short adjustment"
I’m always a little skeptical of all the super polished mattress marketing talk, so I wasn’t expecting anything magical. But this mattress does feel well made and it’s been comfortable so far. It took me a few nights to get used to it, which is probably normal, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Good quality, just a bit firm"
The mattress seems well made overall, but it’s firmer than I was hoping for. I’ve been sleeping on it for a few weeks or so, and while I’m sleeping alright, it’s not quite as comfortable as I expected it to be.

"Neat and Handy"
